We liked nothing about this property. Bug infested and the outside is horrendous. Still waiting on Expedia and Jungle House to provide a total refund. Expedia customer service is saying they are not receiving a response after several attempts to reach Jungle House. If this is the case, why is Expedia allowing a non-responsive property to be advertised on their platform and why is Expedia not doing right by its customer? We have used Expedia for years and booksat least 20-30 times per year but if this issue is not resolved asap, we will take our business elsewhere.

It was appointed with a minimalist jungle themed greenery that made the room cozy and comfortable. There were several issues with the facilities, including a hot water heater not working or a coffee maker with the drip hole not working properly causing it to overflow in the basket instead of filling the pot. For any issues, the response was rapid. The bed felt great and I slept well, so I didn't mind the minor inconveniences.
